| The email we received from Southern Railway |
As shown above, we have received an email from Southern and they are waiting to hear back from the Station Manager. This is, however, a positive because we wern't actually expecting a reply due to the fact that their customer services may be so busy due to the RMT Strikes. All we can do now is wait, but so far so good!
